Dr. Nia Kurniati, S.H., M.H. is a full-time lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Padjadjaran. She currently serves as Head of the Department of Environmental, Spatial Planning, and Agrarian Law, Faculty of Law, Universitas Padjadjaran. In addition to teaching, Dr. Nia Kurniati also conducts extensive research and writes scientific papers in the fields of Land Law, Housing Law, and Settlement Areas. Dr. Nia Kurniati frequently speaks at seminars on and off campus regarding aspects of land, housing, and settlements.
