Prof. Dr. Hj. Efa Laela Fakhriah, S.H., M.H., Professor of Civil Procedure Law at Padjadjaran University, has dedicated herself to teaching at Padjadjaran University since 1985. Currently, Prof. Efa Laela serves as Chair of the Indonesian Civil Procedure Law Lecturers Association (ADHAPER). Prof. Efa Laela is an academic with expertise and practical experience in the field of civil dispute resolution, both litigation and non-litigation.
She completed her Bachelor of Laws degree at Padjadjaran University in 1984. Prof. Efa Laela continued her Master's degree at Gajah Mada University. In 2009, she earned a Doctorate in Law from Padjadjaran University. Prof. Eta Laela has conducted various research projects, particularly on dispute resolution. Her writings have been published in both national and international journals. She was also involved in the drafting and discussion of the Civil Procedure Law Bill. In addition to her active role as a lecturer and researcher, she is currently a member of the Indonesian Council of Professors.
