Dr. Danrivanto Budhijanto S.H., LL.M., FCBArb., FIIArb. has been an academic and practitioner expert in Information Technology Law (Cyberlaw, Telecommunications Law, E-commerce Law, and Digital Economy Law) since 1999. Dr. Danrivanto is the first Indonesian to hold a Master's degree in Information Technology Law (LL.M. in IT Law).
His expertise in Information Technology Law has led Dr. Danrivanto to be part of the drafting team for Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE Law). Dr. Danrivanto is an Arbitrator at the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI Arbitration Centre) in Jakarta and a professional member of the Institute of Arbitration Indonesia. He also served as Special Staff to the Minister of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia (2014-2019) and the Indonesian Institute of Arbitration (BRTI) (2009-2019).
