Dr. Tasya Safiranita Ramli, SH, M.H, was born in Bandung on July 12, 1988. She is currently the Head of the Center for Cyber Law and Digital Transformation Studies and a lecturer in the Department of Information, Communication Technology, and Intellectual Property (ICT and IP), Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University. She has experience as a lecturer and researcher in ICT and IP. Pursuing higher education with Cum Laude predicate at all levels, namely S1, S2 and S3 by completing Bachelor's degree in (2005-2008), Master's in (2009-2010) and Doctoral Program in Law in (2018-2020) at the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University. While conducting research, he has written several newspaper articles, books, national journals and reputable international journals on Information Communication Technology and Intellectual Property, and focuses on E-Commerce Law, Telecommunication Law and Digital Media, Cyber Law and Intellectual Property. On several occasions he has also been a speaker at national and international seminars. He is also a reviewer for the reputable international journal Scopus: Q1, Q2 & Q3.
