Education:
Imam Mulyana S.H., M.H., Ph.D. earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in law from the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University, and joined the Department of International Law at Padjadjaran University as a lecturer and researcher since 2006. His areas of expertise include International Law, International Organization Law, International Dispute Settlement Law, International Treaty Law, and Natural Resource Law.
In addition to serving as an editor for the Padjadjaran Journal of International Law and Bina Mulia Hukum, Imam is also a member of the International Law Association. He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree at the University of Aberdeen, UK, focusing his research on legal theories regarding state sovereignty over natural resources, environmental democracy, legal aspects of renewable energy, and public participation in the energy sector. Imam has been pursuing his doctoral studies at the University of Aberdeen, UK, since 2018.
