Environmental, Spatial, and Agrarian Law
The Department of Environmental Law, Spatial Planning Law, and Agrarian Law (LiTRA) is a forum for developing human resources at the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University from three areas of legal expertise, namely Environmental Law experts, Spatial Planning Law experts, and Agrarian Law experts. Within the LiTRA Department, lecturers who teach these three subject areas are prepared, directed, mentored and proposed to become experts, and their expertise is evaluated. In addition to teaching, guiding, and testing in the alma mater environment, lecturers from the LiTRA Department make significant contributions to society and government agencies. Both in collaborative relationships between institutions, and individually, the LiTRA Department collaborates in the preparation of Academic Manuscripts, Expert Team Members, Resource Persons, and providing expert testimony in the investigation, inquiry, and court hearing processes.
