• Bachelor of Law Program

  As one of four study programs or faculties at Padjadjaran University, the Bachelor of Law Study Program has received the highest accreditation rating, “A,” based on National Accreditation Agency Decision No. 0164/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/S/I/2017. This accreditation recognizes the program as an excellent legal education institution.

• Master of Law Program

  This program has long proven its quality and gained strong public trust by producing prominent alumni who have expertise, insight, and skills in legal research. This study program continues to adapt to the latest needs in practical and philosophical legal issues that require more in-depth research. Based on BAN-PT Decree No. 3178/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/M/X/2017, dated October 10, 2017, the Padjadjaran University Master of Law Program has successfully achieved the highest accreditation with an “A” rating.

The Faculty of Law at Padjadjaran University aims to become a leading law faculty that excels in providing world-class legal education by 2026. In line with this goal, the Bachelor of Law Program focuses on becoming a law study program that provides legal education as a means of social renewal and has a high level of excellence and reputation at the national and international levels by 2026.

The curriculum in this program integrates international elements to prepare graduates for careers in various international fields, such as international organizations, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, multinational law firms, and global companies. To achieve the objectives of the Bachelor of Law program, this program collaborates with various universities around the world, including Maastricht University and Queen Mary University, in terms of curriculum development, teaching staff, and practical experience abroad. In addition, this program also facilitates various international-oriented study opportunities through several programs in collaboration with foreign higher education institutions.

Law students have the opportunity to participate in overseas student exchange programs organized by the Faculty of Law at Padjadjaran University. This program is carried out in collaboration with the Indonesian government through the Indonesian International Student Mobility Award (IISMA).

Through this program, undergraduate students can spend one semester at a partner university abroad to attend lectures and deepen their academic knowledge, experience and learn about the culture of the host country, and participate in practical assignments to hone their skills.

In addition, we organize student exchange programs with various renowned universities, including:

• MARA University of Technology (UiTM), Malaysia,
• Islamic Science University of Malaysia (USIM), Malaysia,
• The University of Melbourne (UniMelb), Australia,
• Monash University, Australia, dan
• University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Australia.

Program-program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman akademik dan budaya yang lebih luas bagi mahasiswa, serta membekali mereka dengan keterampilan dan perspektif global dalam bidang hukum.

The Faculty of Law at Padjadjaran University also strives to invite academics and practitioners from international institutions to share their insights.

The teaching staff in this program are graduates from leading universities around the world, including University College London, Australian National University, Monash University, Aberdeen University, National University of Singapore, and other universities in Australia, the United States, and Europe. Their international expertise and experience are an added value in providing students with a global perspective.

In addition, most of the teaching staff also actively participate in various international conferences and regularly publish articles in international journals that have undergone peer review.
