Agrarian reform is one of the key instruments in achieving social justice and people’s welfare. By restructuring the ownership and utilization of land, agrarian reform serves as a strategic step to address long-standing agrarian inequality.

This public lecture will discuss the role of agrarian law in strengthening the implementation of agrarian reform and the challenges faced in realizing agrarian justice in Indonesia.
