Quality Assurance

The Head of the Quality Assurance System (SPM) of the Faculty of Law, Unpad, has the following functions:

1. Ensure the implementation of a quality assurance system in every work unit and study program within the Faculty of Law, Unpad
2. Ensure continuous quality improvement programs based on evaluation and audit results;
3. Prepare monitoring and evaluation materials for the development of learning strategies and methods, as well as learning design and application services, in accordance with established work programs;
4. Conduct reviews of academic and research quality standards established by the technical directorates in the fields of education, non-degree education, research, downstreaming, and community service, including:
   1. Curriculum development;
   2. Development of teaching methods;
   3. Design and development of learning applications;
   4. Development of innovative learning products;
   5. Development of strategies and methods learning;
   6. development of teaching materials;
   7. standardization of the quality of lecturers and researchers;
   8. standardization of research collaboration;
   9. standardization of the quality and relevance of research topics;
   10. standards of academic and research ethics; and
   11. standardizing student and lecturer involvement in community service.
5. implementing guidelines and technical regulations related to academic and research quality standards within the Study Program;
6. conducting internal supervision and evaluation related to academic and research quality standards in accordance with established quality standard references;
7. conducting quality assurance standard reviews of accreditation forms prepared by Study Programs;
8. coordinating human resource development with the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Unpad, regarding the implementation of national and international accreditation processes;
9. coordinating the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the document preparation assistance system, as well as preparation for national and international accreditation visitations in conjunction with the Study Program Quality Control Group.
