The Center for Criminal Policy Studies, Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University, was established in 2017 with the aim of becoming a collaborative research platform for the development of scientific knowledge and public policy in the field of Criminal Law.

The Center for Criminal Policy Studies envisions becoming a professional study center capable of addressing contemporary issues in the field of criminal law policy.

The mission of the Center for Criminal Policy Studies is to conduct research and study important and contemporary issues in the field of criminal law and to collaborate with partners outside Padjadjaran University.

The vision of the Center for Criminal Policy Studies is to accommodate the development and application of the skills and expertise of lecturers in the field of Intellectual Property Law, both through research, community service, and collaboration with various relevant parties. This collaboration can involve government and non-governmental organizations concerned with intellectual property issues, both in the drafting of laws and regulations and their application and implementation.
