Center for Regulation and Application of Intellectual Property Studies
Vision
To facilitate the development and application of the skills and expertise of lecturers in the field of Intellectual Property Law, through research, community service, and collaboration with various relevant parties. This collaboration may involve government and non-governmental organizations concerned with intellectual property issues, both in the drafting of laws and regulations, as well as their application and implementation.
Mission
PUSDI RAKI will conduct research, studies, community service, education, and training in the field of intellectual property law, including seeking alternative solutions to intellectual property law issues. In this context, PUSDI RAKI will provide legal aid services, including providing consultations and legal opinions in the field of intellectual property. Lecturers within this Study Center are required to contribute their resources, energy, and ideas by conducting short-term and long-term policy studies, with an emphasis on human resource and institutional development.
The study center will organize seminars and workshops related to intellectual property law. It will also establish institutional partnerships at the national and regional levels and explore international collaborations, particularly with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
