Rahayu Prasetianingsih, S.H., M.H. is a permanent lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University, majoring in Constitutional Law. She previously earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University. She earned her Master of Laws degree from the University of Indonesia in 2011. Her research and publications have been published in several scientific journals and books.
He is currently actively conducting research at the Center for State Policy Studies (PSKN) at the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University, and is a member of various professional organizations such as the Association of HTN/HAN Lecturers, the Indonesian Association of Comparative Law Lecturers (ADPHI), and the Association of Academic Staff of Indonesian Universities (ASASI).
