Administrative Law Student Association

The Student Association of Public Administrative Law (HIMA HAN) operates with a focus on family principles, fostering a close and warm relationship among its members. HIMA HAN also frequently holds other activities, such as bonding sessions with alumni, lecturers, and students, to strengthen ties, relationships, and networking. The Public Administrative Law Student Association (HIMA HAN) is a student association at the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University (Unpad), which serves as a forum for the aspirations of students in the Public Administrative Law Specialization Program.

Public Administrative Law is a branch of law that studies legal principles (juridische instrumentarium) in the process of state administration in order to realize the goals of the state as stipulated in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.

The studies in the Public Administrative Law Specialization Program are designed to address the dynamics of government administration practices in achieving a welfare state, with the scope of study encompassing the overall regulation and implementation of government authority in state administration.
