H. Agus Takariawan, S.H., M.H., is a lecturer and researcher in Criminal Procedure Law at the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University. In 2005, he was appointed as an Expert in the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court. He is currently active as an expert in the West Java Regional Police. He has been a nationally certified mediator (PMN) since 2015.
He has been requested as an expert witness in various criminal cases, both general and special, to date at the District Courts of Bandung, Bandung Regency, Bogor, Sukabumi, Garut, Tasikmalaya, South Jakarta, East Jakarta, Surabaya, Bali, Ambon, and others. Throughout his career at Padjadjaran University, H. Agus Takariawan served as a teaching staff member for the Master of Law program in the Padjadjaran University Postgraduate Program from 2002 to 2006.
