Dr. Anita Afriana, S.H., M.H. is an active lecturer in the Civil Law department at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Padjadjaran. Dr. Anita obtained her Bachelor of Law (S.H.), Master of Law (M.H.), and Doctor of Law (Dr.) degrees from Universitas Padjadjaran. Dr. Anita is actively involved in research and community service in the field of civil dispute resolution, particularly in Civil Procedure Law, bankruptcy law, competition law, and corporate law. In addition to teaching, she is also involved in various legal seminars and discussions, and has scientific publications focusing on current legal issues.
