The Asian Law Students' Association (ALSA) is a non-profit, non-political organization dedicated to connecting law students from across Asia. With 18 National Chapters, ALSA has been a platform for diverse Asian cultures for over 30 years. It has connected approximately 12,000 students across Asia. ALSA Indonesia is a founding member of ALSA, rooted in the formation of the ASEAN Law Students' Association with students from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines. Since then, ALSA Indonesia has grown rapidly, with 15 Local Chapters in Indonesia by 2025, including the ALSA Local Chapter at Padjadjaran University.
