Betty Rubiati, S.H., M.H. is a permanent lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University, specializing in Housing and Settlement Law, Family Law, and Inheritance Law. Betty completed her undergraduate degree at the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University, and then pursued a Master's degree with a thesis entitled "Use Rights to State Land as Collateral in Bank Credit." Since 1987, Betty Rubiati has been actively conducting research in the fields of Agrarian Law and Housing and Settlement Law. His latest scientific work was published in Acta Diurnal in June 2020 with the title "Ownership Rights to Apartment Units for Shopping with HGB Status above Management Rights Linked to Law No. 20 of 2011 Concerning Apartments."
