Budi Arta Atmaja S.H., M.H. is a Permanent Lecturer in Criminal Law at the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University. Budi completed his Bachelor of Laws (SH) program at the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University, in 2012 and his Master of Laws (MH) program at the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University, majoring in Criminal Law in 2014.
Since 2015, he has actively participated in training sessions with the Indonesian Criminal Law and Criminology Society (MAHUPIKI). He has also conducted several research projects and published scientific publications at the national level. Budi is also involved in the Criminal Law Department and is a member of the Center for Criminal Policy Studies. He also teaches courses in Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Special Offenses Within and Outside the Criminal Code, Criminal Law Development, International Criminal Law, Criminal Case Handling, and Human Rights Courts. He also serves as a lecturer in the Criminal Law Clinic at the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University.
