Criminal Law Clinic

The criminal law clinic focuses on criminal litigation and legal assistance for the community. Activities within the criminal law clinic involve clinical partners, namely LBH Bandung and law enforcement institutions (the police and/or prosecutors). Students in the criminal law clinic will gain experience in drafting legal documents, observing criminal justice processes, and providing direct legal assistance to the community.

The criminal law clinic course is offered in the fifth semester. This course carries 3 credits.

The requirements for students to participate in the criminal law clinic are:

  1. Minimum of a third-year student
  2. Passed criminal law and criminal procedure courses
  3. A statement of motivation to participate in the criminal law clinic
  4. Indicated on the Course Selection Sheet
  5. Attend the scheduled interview

    4. Case analysis and field investigation techniques
    5. The practice of developing indictments, exceptions, and charges
