Doctoral Program

General Overview

The Unpad Faculty of Law Doctoral Program produces globally competitive graduates while upholding local culture. The advantage of the Unpad Faculty of Law Doctoral Program is that it is organized based on research (by research) integrated with the research of its supervisors.

This system makes the mentoring process more efficient. Student research is part of the supervisor's research umbrella. Related to the dissertation research theme, students attend lectures on specific subjects or workshops to enrich their knowledge and skills, which are expected to assist, encourage, and facilitate their research. Thus, students' research can be completed according to their research plan. The educational degree in this program is Doctor (Dr.).

The curriculum for the Unpad Faculty of Law Doctoral Program has been adjusted to the Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Number 53 of 2023 concerning Quality Assurance in Higher Education (Permendikbud No. 53 of 2023).
