Dr. Ema Rahmawati, S.H., M.H. has been a lecturer in the Department of Economic Law, Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University, since 2009. Currently, Dr. Ema is active as a lecturer, researcher, and legal consultant. Previously, from 2003 to 2012, Dr. Ema worked as a Corporate Lawyer at the Law Firm Nugroho, Panjaitan & Partners in Jakarta.
She completed her Master of Laws with a concentration in Business Law in 2009 and earned her Doctor of Law degree in 2020 from the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University. Dr. Ema actively conducts research in the fields of Civil Procedure, Commercial (Business) Law, Capital Market Law, and National Contracts. In addition to teaching and research, she is also a member of the Indonesian Civil Procedure Law Lecturers Association (Adhaper).
