Education:
Dr. Erika Magdalena Chandra S.H., M.H. is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University, teaching in the areas of Criminal Law, Criminal Law in Development, Special Crimes, the Criminal Justice System, Correctional Law, Human Rights, and the Anti-Corruption Clinic. She earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University and is pursuing a Master of Laws degree at the same institution.
Currently, Erika is pursuing a Doctoral Program in Law at the Graduate School of the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University. Since 2018, Erika Magdalena has served as Head of the Legal Clinic at the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University, and as a mediator at the National Mediation Center. She is actively involved in professional organizations such as the Criminal Law Society and Criminology (MAHUPIKI) and the Indonesia Network for Clinical Legal Education (INCLE). With her experience and dedication, Erika has made significant contributions to the development of legal science and legal practice in Indonesia.
