Dr. Hj. Etty Mulyati, S.H., M.H. is a permanent lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University. Her interests include Banking Law, Civil Law, Contract Law, Guarantee Law, Corporate Financing Law, Selected Chapters on Guarantee Law, and the Development of the Guarantee Legal System. As a lecturer, Dr. Hj. Etty is active in research and community service, both as an instructor and as a resource person in discussions and seminars.
