Education:
Dr. Helitha Novianty Muchtar, S.H., M.H. is a lecturer and researcher in the fields of Intellectual Property Law, Intellectual Property Valuation, Economic Law, International Civil Law, Investment Law, and Information Technology Law. In 2015, Helitha Novianty was involved in the drafting team for the West Java Governor's Regulation concerning Implementation Guidelines for West Java Provincial Regulation Number 5 of 2012 concerning Intellectual Property Protection. Then, in 2017, Helitha Novianty was also involved in the drafting team for the Governor's Decree Concerning the Protection of Indications of Origin for West Java Province at the West Java Provincial Tourism and Culture Office.
In addition to research and teaching, Helitha Novianty is currently active in administrative matters at Padjadjaran University, including serving as Secretary of the Unpad Intellectual Property Management and Development Center and the Legal Transfer of Technology team for the Padjadjaran University Technopark Science Area. She is a member of the Indonesian Intellectual Property Law Lecturers Association and serves as Secretary for Intellectual Property Cooperation and Commercialization at the Indonesian Intellectual Property Center Association.
