Dr. Hernadi Affandi, S.H., LL.M. is a lecturer and researcher at the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University, specializing in Human Rights and Constitutional Law. Dr. Hernadi earned his Bachelor of Laws degree in 1990 from the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University. He then pursued his Master's degree at the University of Utrecht, the Netherlands, majoring in Comparative Public Law and Good Governance in 2006. Hernadi completed his doctoral studies at Padjadjaran University's Postgraduate Program in 2013.
He has completed various professional training programs, including the Training Course in International Human Rights Law and the Role of Human Rights Centers Phases I, II, and III, the International Course on Principles of Health Law, Patients, and Reproductive Rights at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, and the WIPO International Lectures 2015 Intellectual Property Postgraduate Program. Dr. Hernadi's writings have been published in more than 24 books. Some of his most recent books include "Regional Representative Councils Towards Excellent Performance Quality," published in 2020, and "Implementation of the Right to Health According to the 1945 Constitution: Between Regulation and Realization of State Responsibilities," published in 2019 and the Rule of Law.
