Education:
Laina Rafianti, S.H., M.H., has been teaching in the fields of Intellectual Property Law, Media Law, and International Contract Law since 2005. She actively conducts research at the Center for the Study of Intellectual Property Regulation and Implementation in the field of Intellectual Property Law, particularly Copyright and Traditional Cultural Expressions.
Dr. Laina Rafianti is a member of the Indonesian Intellectual Property Rights Lecturers Association and has participated in international academic activities for Intellectual Property Law lecturers such as IPIRA (Intellectual Property & Innovation Researchers of Asia Network). She is also frequently involved in training activities in the field of intellectual property, some of which she has participated in include Geographical Indication Training, The Second Asia-Pacific Workshop on Innovation, I.P., and Competition at the National Law University, India, and the WIPO-WTO Colloquium Asia.
