Dr. Lies Sulistiani, S.H., M.Hum. is a permanent lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University. From 2008 to 2018, she served as Commissioner and Deputy Chairperson of the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK RI). Dr. Lies frequently conducts various studies and research in the field of human rights. During her time as a commissioner at LPSK, Dr. Lies was one of the figures urging the government to revise Law No. 13 of 2006 concerning the Protection of Witnesses and Victims, which was finally revised to become Law No. 31 of 2014.
