Dr. Prita Amalia S.H., M.H., AIIArb., has been a permanent lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University since 2006. Dr. Prita earned her doctorate in 2020 with cum laude honors through her dissertation entitled "The Legal Concept of Investor-State Dispute Settlement in the Settlement of International Aircraft Guarantee Disputes for Indonesia's Economic Development." Dr. Prita actively conducts research and publishes scientific publications. Prita's research interests include National and International Arbitration Law, International Investment Law, International Trade Law, International Economic Law, Aircraft Financing based on the 2001 Cape Town Convention, and Infrastructure Law.
Dr. Prita's interest in arbitration has led her to participate in various scholarly activities in the field of arbitration, both nationally and internationally. She has been a speaker at several international conferences, including the 2018 Cape Town Convention Academic Project at the University of Oxford and the 2018 Academic International Conference on Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Cambridge. She is active in international networks, including the Cape Town Convention Academic Project and the ASEAN Aviation Working Group.
