Dr. Sigid Suseno, S.H., M.Hum., is a permanent lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University. Dr. Sigid Suseno completed his Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University, his Master of Laws program at Diponegoro University, and his Doctor of Laws program at Padjadjaran University.
He teaches Criminal Law and Cyberlaw and has been involved in drafting several drafts, including the Electronic Information and Transactions Bill (RUU ITE), the Draft Government Regulation on Public Information Transparency, the Draft Government Regulation on the Implementation of the Pornography Law, the Draft Regional Regulation for Bekasi City, the Draft Regional Regulation for the West Java Regional Government, and the Draft Amendment to Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions. Dr. Sigid Suseno was also active on the ITE Law Socialization Team and the Bandung City Notary Supervisory Board.
