Dr. Somawijaya, S.H., M.H. is a permanent lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University, specializing in substantive and formal criminal law. He frequently provides expert testimony in criminal cases before the police and the courts. Dr. Somawijaya's research on criminal law has been published in various national and international journals.
In addition to being a lecturer and researcher, Dr. Somawijaya is also active in professional organizations, namely the Criminal Law and Criminology Society (MAHUPIKI), the National Association of Indonesian Consultants for West Java (INKINDO), the National Education Care Committee (KPPN), the Association of Indonesian Goods and Services Procurement Entrepreneurs (ASPANJI), and the Bandung City Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
