Dr. Tri Handayani S.H., M.H. is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University. Tri Handayani teaches in the fields of Civil Law, including Contract Law, Guarantee Law, Comparative Civil Law, and International Private Law.
Dr. Tri Handayani's research in civil law and banking law has been published in national and international journals and proceedings. Tri Handayani's "Bank Participation in the Management of Environmental Recovery Guarantee Funds in the Context of Realizing Sustainable Development Goals" has been published in the proceedings of the 3rd International Conference on Globalization of Law and Local Wisdom (ICGLOW 2019).
