Dr. Zainal Muttaqin S.H., M.H. is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University, specializing in State Administrative Law. He has taught several courses, including Tax Law, Selected Chapters on Tax Law, State Administrative Law, and State Administrative Court Procedure Law since 1984.
