Environmental Law Clinic

The Environmental Law Clinic is a course that utilizes real-world experience. Activities within the Environmental Law Clinic involve clinical partners, namely the Environmental Agency and the Bandung Legal Aid Institute. This course provides students with the opportunity to apply legal analysis and legal expertise, while enhancing their legal skills by emphasizing three components: Planning, Experiential, and Reflective. This allows them to apply their knowledge based on Environmental Justice.

The Environmental Law Clinic course is offered in the 7th semester and carries 3 credits.

The requirements for students to participate in the environmental law clinic are:

  1. Minimum of a third-year student
  2. Passed the environmental law course
  3. A statement of motivation to participate in the environmental law clinic
  4. Included in the Course Selection Sheet
  5. Attend the scheduled interview
