Erich Folanda, S.H., M.Hum.
Erich Folanda, S.H., M.Hum. has served as the Deputy Chief Prosecutor of West Kalimantan (Wakajati Kalbar) since his inauguration in 2025. Prior to this position, he served as Coordinator at the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) at the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia.
In his current capacity, he is already actively carrying out structural and administrative duties in West Kalimantan. For example, he was involved in coordinating and meeting with local government agencies for the implementation of paralegal law and development programs as part of efforts to improve legal literacy and access in the community. He was also mentioned in the integrated anti-corruption socialization activities held in 2025, indicating that part of his responsibility is to maintain integrity, transparency, and law enforcement in his area of work.
