Moot Court Society
Moot Court Society, more widely known as MCS FH Unpad, is a UKMF founded on August 16, 2005, and focuses on activities related to legal proceedings, both nationally and internationally. It also serves as a forum for students to participate in national and international moot court competitions. In practice, MCS FH Unpad oversees a representative team or 'delegation' during the training process, departure, and implementation of a series of competitions that a delegation will face. The competitions participated in by MCS FH Unpad include criminal law, civil law, public international law, and transnational business law.
