Prof. Dr. Muhamad Amirulloh S.H., M.H. is a permanent lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Padjadjaran, specializing in Information and Communication Technology Law (Cyber Law). Dr. Amir has published various national and international journals focusing on Cyber Law. Amir has served as Project Manager of the Indonesian Center for the Law and Information System (ICELIS) (1999-2001), Resource Person for the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Unit of Universitas Padjadjaran (since 2009), and has been involved in the preparation of several Academic Papers and the drafting of Laws.
