Mustofa Haffas, S.H., M.Kom. is a permanent lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University, specializing in Cyber Law and Islamic Inheritance Law. He completed his Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University in 1987, then continued his Master's degree at STMIK-LIKMI in Information Systems Engineering in 2013.
Mustofa's interest in computers led him to become the Founder and Director of the Kompa Unpad Computer Education Institute from 1985-1986. He also served as Director of Education at the Bandung Computer & Management Institute from 1989 to 1993, Assistant Director I of AMIK Bandung (now STMIK Bandung) from 1993 to 1994, and Head of the Legal Division of Aspluki (Indonesian Computer Software Manufacturers Association) from 1993 to 1995. In addition to his work in the field of computers, his thoughts on Islamic Inheritance Law have been published in various books and journals.
