Prof. Dr. Sonny Dewi Judiasih, S.H., M.H., CN. has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University, since 1986. She teaches in the fields of Civil Law, Customary Law, Family Law, and Inheritance Law. Prof. Dr. Sonny Dewi actively conducts research that has been published in various national and international journals and has published dozens of books. She earned her undergraduate degree from the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University, and then continued her studies in the Notary Specialist Program. In 1993, she completed her master's degree from the Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University. She subsequently pursued a Doctoral Program in Law at Padjadjaran University.
In addition to her active teaching and research career, Prof. Dr. Sonny Dewi has served as an expert witness in civil law at both the District Court and the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia. She also frequently attends various conferences, including the 2016 Academic International Conference on Interdisciplinary Legal Studies (AICILS 2016) at the University of Oxford, England. She is currently a member of the Civil Law Teaching Association.
