Rachminawati, S.H., M.A. has been a lecturer in the Department of International Law, Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University (FH UNPAD) since 2003. Her areas of expertise include International Organization Law, ASEAN Law, and Human Rights Law. Rachminawati earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University in 2003. She also earned a Master of Arts degree in European Law and Policy from the University of Portsmouth (UK) and The Hague University (Netherlands) in 2009.
Rachminawati is currently pursuing a Master's degree at the Ahmad Ibrahim School of Law (AIKOL), International Islamic University of Malaysia. She was also a doctoral student at Maastricht University (Netherlands) from 2016 to 2017. In 2006, Rachminawati received a UNITAR scholarship for a short course at The Hague Academy of International Law in the Netherlands. Since 2015, Rachminawati has been an active member of the International Law Association (ILA) - Indonesian Branch. Since 2012, she has also been active in SEAHRN (South East Asian Human Rights Network) and the Indonesian Human Rights Teachers Association (SEPAHAM).
