Rini Widyantini, S.H., M.P.M.
Rini Widyantini, S.H., M.P.M. is a senior Indonesian bureaucrat with extensive experience in institutional reform and governance. Born in Bandung on May 29, 1965, he studied law at Padjadjaran University before pursuing a Master's degree in Public Management at Flinders University, Australia. Since the beginning of his career in the 1990s, he has contributed to various strategic units, particularly in the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB). His dedication earned him the trust to hold various important positions, from policy analyst to assistant deputy, then Minister's Expert Staff and later Deputy for Institutional and Administrative Affairs.
With a track record of over three decades in the bureaucracy, she was later appointed as the Secretary of the Ministry of PANRB before being entrusted as the Minister of PANRB in 2024, making her the first woman to lead the ministry. During his leadership, he emphasized the transformation of the bureaucracy into one that is adaptive, digital, and oriented toward efficient public service. His progressive vision and approach made him a significant figure in driving the modernization of the state apparatus and improving the quality of public services in Indonesia.
